By placing an order with Etch a Memory, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Custom Orders

All products sold by Etch a Memory are custom-made to order. By submitting your order, you confirm that all information, images, and design files provided are accurate and that you have the right to use any images submitted.

Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that any images, logos, or designs you submit for production do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Etch a Memory is not responsible for any legal claims arising from customer-submitted content.

Order Approval

For complex or custom orders, we may send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to review proofs carefully. Once a proof is approved, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.

Production Times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after design approval. Custom 3D modeling and printing projects may require additional time. We will communicate estimated completion dates upfront.

Limitation of Liability

Etch a Memory's liability is limited to the value of the original order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
