Thank you for shopping with Etch a Memory! Because all of our products are custom-made to order, please review our shipping policy carefully.

Processing Time

All orders require production time before shipping:

Crystal Engravings: 1–3 business days after design approval
Laser Etching (Acrylic, Slate, Metal): 1″3 business days after design approval
3D Modeling & Printing: Varies by project complexity — we will provide an estimated timeline before production begins

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after production (additional fees apply)

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
