Custom Orders

All of our products are made to order and fully customizable. When reaching out about a custom project, it helps to include:

  • The type of product you're interested in (crystal engraving, acrylic etching, 3D print, etc.)
  • Your desired size and any special requirements
  • Your timeline or deadline
  • Any reference images or design files you have

Order Turnaround

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your design is approved. Complex 3D printing and modeling projects may require additional time — we'll always communicate your estimated completion date upfront.

File Formats We Accept

For etching and engraving projects, we accept: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF
For 3D printing projects, we accept: STL, OBJ, STEP
